A new round of the development of the exhibition CPM – Collection Premiere Moscow will be a special project, CPM MY COUNTRY in Autumn 2017. The organizers decided to launch this new segment after a number of visits to various regions of Russia and countries such as Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Latvia, etc. In the result of business communication with local representatives of fashion industry it became obvious that there is a need to support small regional companies aimed at further joint growth and development.
The CPM has been the leading business platform for the fashion industry of Eastern Europe for the past 15 years. The project CPM MY COUNTRY will help new companies to exhibit successfully. According to the concept of the project, every season 5 of best design brands from a certain region will be selected for the participation in the CPM MY COUNTRY. Each exhibitor will be able to fully present models of new collections on equipment and mannequins at the joint stand.
The Nizhny Novgorod region was chosen as the debut participant of the porject CPM MY COUNTRY. The fashion industry in this city has been rapidly growing since last year. Certainly It generates interest among local media and consumers. The Union of Designers of Russia in Nizhny Novgorod, Sobaka.NN and iVolga will become partners of CPM during this project. The Fashion director of CPM Alexander Radermacher selected for the debut season of the project the following brands: TheClou, Mashkara, SHI SHI, YALLO, Alexey Pavlov. The CPM MY COUNTRY stand will be located in the Lower Level Gallery near the organizers’ office and the new Fashion-Jungle Lounge.
