   2. Full name
   3. Check-in/check-out dates
   4. Room type (single/double)
   5. Meal type (with breakfast/without breakfast)
   6. Payment method:

• Bank transfer (based on the organization’s invoice. Please send the company’s details immediately);
• Internet acquiring (the payment link for an individual will be sent in a response to the request)

Each reservation must be paid for no later than the next day after the payment link is issued. When choosing accommodation with breakfast, the meals will be highlighted in the closing documents. It is not possible to hide the meals in the accommodation.

• Check-in time is 14:00
• Check-out time is 12:00

*Late check-out before 18:00 – 50% of the room rate.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation without penalty 3 days before the day of arrival.
• Cancellation less than 3 days before the day of arrival – The hotel will charge a penalty of 100% of the room rate for the first day of stay.

Please note that payment links and invoices must be paid in advance, as this is a guarantee of the room rate.
