SEMINAR ON READY-TO-WEAR PRODUCT MARKING AT CPM

Starting from March 1, 2025, from the start of sales for the Spring-Summer 2025 season, that is, labeling of new groups of goods in the light industry category will become mandatory in Russia. These include hats, gloves, ties, lingerie, swimwear, kid’s clothing and much more.

On August 28 at 11:00 on the podium of hall 8.3 of the Expocentre Fairgrounds, as part of the schedule of the Russian Fashion Retail Forum, a seminar will be held by the Center for the Development of Advanced Technologies – the operator of the National Digital Marking System “Chestny Znak”. During the meeting, Olga Nikiforova, Head of Projects for the Commodity Group “Light Industry” at CRPT, will analyze in detail the current roadmap for the development of the marking system for consumer goods in the fashion industry, and will also focus in particular on the new legislative requirements aimed at importers, manufacturers, representatives of the wholesale and retail.

The main fashion exhibition of Russia and Central Asia CPM — Collection Première Moscow will be held from August 26 to 29 and will present over 900 manufacturers of clothing, lingerie and accessories from 25 countries, including Russia, Belarus, Turkiye, China and others, an expanded exposition of companies producing commercial equipment and service providers for retail, as well as the largest in 21 years of the platform’s development schedule of the Russian Fashion Retail Forum, which will include five streams of expert lectures, strategic public-talks, meetup sessions and workshops.

Access to the seminar by CRTP / Chestny Znak on August 28 at 11:00 is free with general registration for the CPM. The organizers invite manufacturers, sales agents, distributors and retailers. Simultaneous translation of the seminar into English, Turkish and Chinese will be organized especially for foreign listeners.

The upcoming season of the largest international fashion exhibition in Russia and Central Asia CPM will be held at the Expocentre Fairgrounds from August 26 to 29, 2024.
